We’re unable to provide any services or allow use of our amenity areas for pregnant persons or persons under 18 years of age.

Reservations

We strongly encourage you to schedule your services ahead of time in order to secure the greatest selection of spa experiences and appointment times. A credit or debit card is required at the time of booking. To insure the privacy and protection of your personal information, your valid ID is also required at the time of check in. We do not accept cash payments.

Check-In

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled service time. Arriving late will deprive you of precious treatment time as we cannot extend the scheduled end time of your treatment. All-day access to our amenity and locker room areas is included with your service. The amenity areas close 30 minutes prior to the spa closing.

Cancellations and Changes

As a courtesy to other guests and our body-work specialists, we strictly adhere to a 24-hour cancellation policy for individual (non-group) appointments. If you must reschedule or cancel an appointment, please advise us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the services scheduled.

What to Wear

A robe and sandals are provided for your comfort. All of our body-work specialists use conservative draping techniques to maintain your modesty at all times. If you choose, you’re welcome to bring and wear a swimsuit in the amenity areas.

Parking

The hotel parking structure is the most convenient parking area for D.Tour Spa guests. Enter through the main hotel entrance from the parking structure and take the hotel elevators to the ‘S’ level.

Keep Us Informed

You must complete a form at check in that will inform us of any medical issues that could interfere with or preclude you from receiving services. In addition, please let your body-work specialist know if you have areas of particular focus and indicate your preferred level of pressure. Music, lighting, heat, and any techniques used are adjustable to suit your individual preferences. Please call the D.Tour Spa staff for any questions regarding health, wellness, or your specific preferences.

Spa Etiquette

Please respect our tranquil environment and keep your voice low. We ask that you power-off your cell phone and leave it in your locker while in the spa in order to minimize distractions. To protect the privacy of our guests, the spa is strictly a photo-free area; no cameras are allowed.

Men’s and Women’s Spaces

Please be aware that our locker rooms and amenity areas are gender separate. If you and your partner or guest are of different genders and prefer to spend more time together while visiting us, please reserve our couple’s suite.

Groups

A 20% gratuity is automatically added to groups of 5 or more people or if 5 or more services are reserved together. Changes or cancellations to your group reservations must be made no fewer than 72 hours prior to the schedule start of your first appointment.

Our couple’s suite is available for certain group appointments. We also have a private room in which to gather prior to your appointments, the cost for which is $250 and includes 10% off that day’s services.
